The Powder Room Hair and make Up Studio Promise

We are truly passionate about you and our commitment is to listen and work with you to create your dream Wedding look. We would absolutely love for you to feel and look amazing at the end of your trial experience. In the case that you’re not, we have our Powder Room Promise in place for your peace of mind, valid under the following terms and conditions:

The “Powder Room Promise” is only valid if you tell us at the time of your trial. We understand that you value the opinion of those closest to you, so if you would like to show someone special your look, please ensure you bring that person with you to the trial.

If at the time of your trial you are not entirely happy with your experience and a second trial is required, we will organise a complimentary re-trial, with the same stylist.

If you are still not completely happy with your second trial, we will issue you a full 100% refund of your deposit paid to The Powder Room at the original time of booking.

• The Powder promise is only valid if this decision is expressed at the time of your trial.

• Promise is only valid and money refunded if a full deposit is paid to book the date of the wedding.

• Powder promise is not valid if a decision cannot be made on choice of style and no visual inspiration is supplied to the stylist. A total of two looks per trial, can be achieved in the time frame of 1.5 hours for make up and 2 hours for hair. In the event that you would like to try more looks than what we can fit in on the day, we can rebook you for another full priced trial.

• Second trial must be completed before refund of deposit is made.

• Powder promise is only valid for the bride.
